MILESTONES

Opening the First Café Café Branch

Ronen Nimni and his wife, Miki Til, opened the first branch of the Café Café chain in Tel Aviv.

Acquisition of Lehem Erez

Café Café Group expanded its operations with the acquisition of the Lehem Erez café chain, offering a variety of light meals based on Israeli artisanal raw ingredients and self-service.

Quality Dining at Accessible Prices

The Group began developing its fine casual dining offering with the acquisition of "Fresh the Market" chain, together with Nir Kudish, Moshe Maman and Guy Elbaz, and the acquisition of the "Ruben" restaurant chain, together with Barel Raz and Maor Maizil.

For the first time, the Group also launched a new brand: the "Lehem Basar" restaurant chain, offering fine meat dishes at accessible prices in Glatt kosher restaurants.

Acquisition of Caspi

The Group acquired the popular hummus chain "Caspi", known for serving the beloved healthy dish in Israel: Humus.

The Italian Kitchen

The Group expanded its Italian dining portfolio with the acquisition of the "Piano Piano" restaurant chain, together with Asaf Lev. To strengthen its presence in the fast-food segment, the Group established the "Sahbak" chain, targeting a young audience.

The Asian Kitchen

The Group acquired several Asian culinary brands: "HaSushia", "Frangelico" and "Nagisa", alongside the launch of the delivery chain "Wok Away".

Acquisition of Furman's

Identifying the boutique pizza trend,  the Group strengthened its' Italian portfolio with the acquisition of "Furman’s" - a pizzeria specializing in unique Neapolitan-style pizzas baked in a wood-fired oven.

Affordable Luxury: Pâte & Puff

The launch of the first branch of a new patisserie-boulangerie Parisian style Bakery in an innovative concept developed by Miki Til, A Co-Owner of the group, together with her daughter Romi Nimni. The Pâte & Puff branch, established in Tel Aviv, quickly became a beloved destination among the city’s food and lifestyle community. 

The chain is supported by a 650 sq. m central production facility based on advanced technology in Tel Aviv Port.

 

Dr. Bagel: Fast High Quality

The Group launched an additional fast-food concept: With fresh and high-quality food at an accessible price, the "Dr. Bagel" chain offers bagels imported from NYC, in a wide variety of spreads. The chain operates in a self-service format.

The Next Generation of Café Café

The launch of a contemporary Café concept: Café Café 02: an Italian-style café, with light bakery and branch dishes in a self-service format, offering a carefully selected menu of premium yet accessible dishes, alongside an urban design that completes the contemporary dining experience.

A Genuine Italian Ice cream

The Group is preparing to launch a new premium Italian gelato chain in co-op with Sergio Colalucci, a well-known Italian Glacier

The chain will offer rich gelato made with ingredients imported from Italy, in a unique authentic setting. The experience will be complemented by the Gelato shops classic Italian style design.
