Pâte & Puff is a patisserie-boulangerie brand built around an innovative French patisserie concept, developed by Miki Til, the Group’s owner and wife of Ronen Nimni, and daughter Romi Nimni. The brand’s branches set a new standard for accessible French-style luxury in Israel’s café and bakery market.
The brand currently operates three branches — two in Tel Aviv and one in Herzliya — alongside a central production facility at Tel Aviv Port, spanning approximately 650 sq.m. and ensuring a consistently high and consistent level of quality across all locations.
The brand is expected to expand with additional stores selling premium baked goods, cakes, sandwiches and premium coffee.
